- Get 2 cups of Heavy cream.
- Get of Vanilla Essense.
- Use 1/2 cup of sugar.
- Provide 1 1/2 teaspoons of Gelatin (about 1/2 packet).
- Prepare 1/2 cup of milk Whole.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Yogurt.
- You need of strawberries mint chocolate Sliced , fresh , or - topping (optional).
Steps to make PannaCotta :
- In a saucepan, add cream. and vanilla essence Add the sugar and bring to a simmer over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle the gelatin over the milk in a bowl and let it stand until the gelatin softens, about 5 minutes.Add this gelatin mixture into the hot cream mixture and Stir until dissolved, then stir in the yogurt.
- Pour this mixed contents in bowls and cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until set, at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Dip each ramekin or bowl in warm water and invert onto a plate. Garnish each Panna cotta with strawberries and mint or any desired garnish options.
